Great coffee and service! Highly recommended!

We stopped here while waiting for our car to be fixed near by, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Dawit, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. He was so very welcoming and interesting to talk to. He roasts his own beans in house, the coffee that he makes is some of the very best I've had in a long time. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend Bono Coffee for the beans, the drinks, and the service!

Great place! I went here for the first time today as I like going to locally-owned coffee shops. Super delicious coffee, I had a latte and it was very smooth and the perfect temperature. Also they have free wifi, nice seating and don’t mind if you sit for a while working!

Whenever we are in Calgary my wife likes to check out Rick Rack Textiles (next door to Bono Coffee). The staff at Rick Rack recommended Bono and we now make sure to grab a coffee every time. The staff at Bono is always very friendly, the coffee is superb. We picked up a bag of their beans (roasted, small batch on site) and look forward to trying them at home. Bono is a real find!

As a coffee lover I have never been blown away by coffee like this. Freshly roasted beans from Ethiopia; ethical, organic, fair trade. No middle man who steals the money from the company or farmers. I love the fact that they roast the beans fresh in house; and you can definitely tell by the smell. I worked at Starbucks for 2 years and they don’t even come close in comparison. The flavour, the balance, and the effect from Bono Coffee is something else. I struggle now feeling any effect from caffeine and I got the jitters for the first time in years after drinking a 16oz drink. If you’re looking to support local small businesses I highly recommend you checking out Bono Coffee. The cafe space is adorable and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, they don’t blast super loud music; so you could study and sit there for a while, the space is bright and very welcoming. The owners are super sweet, and the whole staff are very friendly.
